Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Maine Experience or strong interest in school settings, especially within adaptive skills programs Familiarity with developing individualized therapy plans for children with diverse needs Capability to manage a caseload of up to 30 students efficiently Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Positive attitude and adaptability when working across two school buildings

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students, focusing on both academic and adaptive skills Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Document student progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school-based requirements Consult with classroom teachers and other school staff to support generalization of skills Travel between two Wilton buildings, just a short walk apart Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for all students
