We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Mount Joseph at Waterville, a leading healthcare provider in Waterville, Maine. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective therapeutic strategies Provide occupational therapy interventions, including adaptive equipment training, cognitive rehabilitation, and sensory integration techniques Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based research to continuously improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Maine Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
