Evaluate patients' physical, neurological, respiratory, cardiovascular, social, and cognitive functions through assessments and testing. Develop patient-specific treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient tolerance. Implement therapy regimens, including activities and modalities, in collaboration with physicians and the care team. Document treatment progress and update plans of care accordingly, ensuring they meet established standards. Supervise and support Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students as applicable. Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment options, and prognosis to promote recovery and safety. Coordinate care and treatment schedules with patients, families, and facility staff.What You Need:
Valid State License to Practice Occupational Therapy in Michigan Relevant outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About theAssignment:
