OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
(OT) - PRN Battle Creek, MI PRN Occupational Therapist | Skilled Nursing Join a patient-focused therapy team in Battle Creek as a PRN Occupational Therapist. Help patients regain independence and improve their ability to participate in everyday activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT interventions
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and safety
- Track patient progress and update treatment approaches
- Work with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- SNF or post-acute experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
