Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students through the 2026-2027 school year as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. Work full-time near Dearborn, MI, making a meaningful impact in educational settings while enjoying the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Desired Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan Previous experience providing OT services in K-12 schools Deep understanding of IEPs and documentation procedures Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families Adaptability and a proactive, student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to assess fine motor skills, sensory needs, and activities of daily living Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEP goals Provide direct OT services and work in both individual and group settings Maintain detailed and timely documentation of progress and services provided Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success Contribute to IEP meetings and support student transitions as needed In addition to the rewarding nature of the work, you'll benefit from a structured, full-time schedule for the entire school year.
