Week Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our healthcare team in Garden City, MI. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and professional standards.
Requirements:
