Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Michigan Occupational Therapy license (must provide copy) Previous school-based OT experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Commitment to best practices in serving pediatric populations within an educational setting
Role Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support IEP goals Document therapy services and student progress per school requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized plans Adapt strategies to meet each student's developmental and educational needs
