Job Description We are seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Pontiac, Michigan. These positions will support a K-12 student population and provide services across school-based settings. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while independently managing therapy responsibilities, documentation, and student support services.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students Conduct evaluations and maintain documentation Develop and implement therapy goals aligned with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Requirements Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license required Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to independently manage caseload responsibilities Experience with IEPs and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred Comfortable supporting students across multiple grade levels Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Weekly direct deposit Full school-year contract stability Medical, dental, and vision benefit options 401(k) eligibility Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 student population If this opportunity isn't the perfect fit, let's still connect.
