What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of diagnoses and functional needs Develop individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing independence and safety Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents, families, and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Help create positive outcomes that improve residents' quality of life ✅

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Michigan Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude At Therapy Management, Inc., we believe great therapy starts with great people.
