3340 Hospital Road, Saginaw, MI 48603 At HealthSource Saginaw, we are seeking an Occupational Therapist who can work as needed. From home evaluations to providing targeted treatment plans, you will focus on curating an environment that will elevate patient lives and the ones they love. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing the oversight of patient care and the improvement and recovery we aim to foster.
What You'll Do:
The Occupational Therapist will perform the full range of assignments for patients including but not limited to: Manage available resources to provide Occupational Therapy services to assigned patients. This includes patient and family education, recommending equipment for home use, home evaluations, and documentation of services provided. Participate in patient care conferences for inpatients, document on care plans, and provide program development. Participate in department meetings and performance improvement activities Assist with revising procedures/activities to improve the quality of patient care. Attend required in-service training programs. Actively participate in professional organizations and community service activities.
What We're Looking For:
REQUIRED
: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT / MSOT / OTD). Current National Board of Certified Occupational Therapists (NBCOT) license through the State of Michigan.
