Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Michigan (or ability to obtain) Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong communication, evaluation, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and address students' functional abilities within a school environment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance student participation Support IEP (Individualized Education Program) process and contribute to team meetings Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support to staff and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation
