Qualifications Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Role:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) for full-time employment in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and obtain necessary physician orders.
Qualifications:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program, current state license, NBCOT certification (if required), and strong communication and organizational skills. New graduates are welcome with mentorship available.
