What We're Looking For:

Valid or pending Michigan OT license Experience in school settings preferred (IEPs, evaluations, direct and consultative therapy) Knowledge of home health and healthcare-based OT practices is a plus Comfort working with a wide range of student ages and abilities Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy interventions for students PK-12 based on IEP goals Conduct assessments and evaluations to help determine student needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with caregivers and staff Deliver creative, evidence-based interventions both one-on-one and in small groups Help create accessible, supportive learning environments
