Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time Occupational Therapist, working with students near Anoka, MN. This position provides immediate start and offers maternity leave coverage, with the potential for a full-time replacement lasting through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. Desired Qualifications:
Valid and active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Minnesota Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly valued Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Strong organizational and communication skills Passion for creating inclusive and supportive educational environments
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and track progress to support achievement of student goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create optimal learning opportunities Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all student sessions, evaluations, and progress reports Promote adaptive techniques and tools to enhance student participation in school routines Contribute to the development of strategies that foster students functional independence This is a fulfilling contract opportunity for those drawn to the school settingwhether youre providing maternity leave coverage or seeking a longer-term role.
