This role covers a leave of absence from September 21st to January 4th, with the potential to be extended. Youll work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at a dedicated education center, providing essential occupational therapy services to students receiving Setting IV support. Enjoy a consistent schedule, with no work required during the districts winter break.

Key Qualifications:

Valid licensure and experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist Previous experience supporting students in special education, particularly in Setting IV environments Ability to complete agency onboarding and successfully pass a district background check Reliable transportation for regular attendance Good standing from previous placements, especially if already credentialed Commitment to working within the schools calendar and assignment length

Major Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to meet students individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students access to curriculum and participation in school activities Document and report student progress in compliance with school and district standards Participate in team meetings and maintain open communication regarding student needs Flexibly address changing caseloads and student priorities as assigned
