Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students based on IEP goals and needs Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluation processes as appropriate Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and required compliance records Participate in meetings and provide recommendations to support student success

Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Candidates must be comfortable providing coverage for a maternity leave assignment
