Description Salary:
$75,000
  • 100,000 annually, depending on experience Schedule Monday
  • Friday 8:00am
  • 5:00pm
Service Area:
Northwest metro (coverage area: Blaine, Coon Rapids, Andover, Ham Lake, Cedar, East Bethel and Surrounding). Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.

The Occupational Therapist is primarily responsible for the implementation of standards of care for occupational therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Service Agreement. Any direct client care provided will be performed as defined by the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
Qualifications:
Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist. Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
