Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact on students' lives while advancing your professional experience in a rewarding school-based setting. This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year involves working across both Richfield and Burnsville locations, offering a dynamic schedule and exposure to a diverse student population.
Key Qualifications:
Holds a valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Minnesota (or eligible to obtain) Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements Comfortable providing therapy, assessments, and consultations in educational settings Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with educators and families Able to split time between two sites and adapt to varied caseloads and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with individual IEP goals Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and perform progress monitoring Consult and collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and support staff for holistic care Maintain timely, accurate reports, documentation, and record-keeping Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and other school-based support activities Travel between Richfield and Burnsville sites as scheduled to meet the needs of both schools
