What youll need:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state licensure Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric/school-based therapy Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and fellow educators Flexibility to adapt your practice to a diverse student population within a single building Strong documentation and organizational skills Your responsibilities: Deliver engaging, evidence-based OT services to a caseload of 20-40 students (setting 4 kids) Evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy as outlined in IEPs Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote optimal student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and participation Travel between four education centers (South, North, Ann Bremer, and West Education Centers) within the same campus community This role is your chance to be part of an innovative, student-focused environment, working a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours.
