Net Health Responsibilities Direct the resident evaluation and reevaluation process. Develop and document individualized occupational therapy intervention plans. Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence. Monitor residents' progress and modify intervention plans as needed. Direct and document discharge planning and recommendations. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications Active and current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license as an Occupational Therapist. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with residents, staff, and therapy professionals.
