This flexible, part-time position allows you to shape your own schedule while working closely with a manageable caseload of 15 students in an educational setting near Cokato, MN. From assessing student needs to implementing strategies, youll play a vital role in helping children thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Ideal Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Current, active OT license issued by the state of Minnesota Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations for K-12 students to identify needs and determine appropriate interventions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote students motor skills, self-care, and participation in school activities Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and adjust services as needed Maintain accurate records, document services, and prepare reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Consult with staff and provide resources or training as needed to increase awareness and integration of occupational therapy techniques within the school environment This contract role offers the flexibility to fit your hours to your life, with a start date as soon as possible and extending through May 27, 2027.
