Job Description

Job Overview Urban Speech & Occupational Therapy is looking for a pediatric occupational therapist to join our team in Eden Prairie. Come love your job as much as we do! Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Write thorough evaluation reports and treatment plans
  • Maintain documentation necessary for professional practice
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to clients with communication disorders and other developmental disorders
  • Help clients improve their functional abilities, such as motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
  • Collaborate with a team of speech therapists to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Skills:
  • Must have a master's degree in occupational therapy, be licensed by the state of Minnesota, and NBCOT certified
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of speech therapists
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to be flexible, patient, creative, and fun
  • Work four 10-hour days
Pay:
$62,000.00
  • $72,000.
