This position will involve working with a caseload of 20-40 students, specifically within Setting 4 programs, and youll enjoy focusing efforts in a single building while supporting students at several unique learning centers. We are hiring for two full-time roles as well as a long-term substitute position covering the first months of the school year (exact dates to be determined).

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience or strong interest in school-based practice Commitment to providing support for students with varied learning and physical needs Ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as indicated by their IEP plans Develop appropriate treatment interventions to address students fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills Work closely with educational teams to integrate therapy into classroom goals Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals
