Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make an impact this upcoming school year by providing dedicated occupational therapy services to students in a vibrant educational setting near Eden Prairie, MN. This full-time contract opportunity offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise will support students' growth and success across two sites during the 2026/2027 school year. You will have the chance to work between Richfield and Burnsville locations, engaging with a diverse student population and partnering with passionate educators and families. Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota (or eligibility upon offer) Previous experience in school-based OT preferred, but not required Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across multiple campus settings Ability to manage schedules and caseloads effectively in a changing environment
Responsibilities:
Provide OT services to students with diverse needs, promoting sensory, gross, and fine motor development Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Support IEP meetings by contributing evaluation findings and goal-setting Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and state protocols Consult with teachers and staff to modify classroom activities and environments Travel between Richfield and Burnsville campuses as required This is your chance to experience a rewarding contract role that shapes young lives while developing your professional skills.
