Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' growth as a school-based Occupational Therapist in the vibrant Elk River, MN area. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping children achieve their academic and developmental goals through targeted interventions, collaboration, and advocacy. Your expertise will be integral in addressing a range of physical, sensory, and functional challenges. You'll create individualized treatment plans, work closely with educators and families, and champion accessibility and participation for every student.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in the state Previous experience providing OT services in a school environment preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to assess student needs and deliver specialized interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
