Key Qualifications:

Certified Occupational Therapist (OT), with active licensure in Minnesota Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families Comfortable adapting therapy techniques to both individual and group sessions Familiarity with the use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess students' needs in coordination with educational teams Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students' academic performance and daily living skills Provide direct occupational therapy services, documenting progress and adjusting plans as necessary Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student success Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school personnel to support student outcomes
