Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract A K-8 school in Lakeville, MN is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services one day per week as a long-term substitute. Responsibilities include:

Delivering school-based occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of K-8 students Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Assessing students' developmental, sensory, and motor skills to promote functional independence in the school environment Documenting therapy progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with applicable policies and regulations

Qualifications:
