Net Health Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans. Provide one-on-one treatment focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, safety, and independence. Monitor residents' progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Complete discharge planning and provide recommendations for continued care. Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment. Direct and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate. Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team. Qualifications Active and current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license. Active

NBCOT OTR

certification in good standing. Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
