Qualifications & Requirements:
Hold an active Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Minnesota. Previous experience working in school-based settings is highly desired. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Organized, proactive, and committed to fostering student growth and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, supporting their academic participation and daily activities. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and recommend intervention strategies. Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic goals into each students educational plan. Maintain thorough documentation of progress, student outcomes, and communication with families and staff. Stay current with best practices and engage in ongoing professional development. This contract position offers an immediate start, with a term extending through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.
