Your expertise will support the unique developmental needs of middle schoolers, providing assessments and interventions that enhance their participation in school routines and activities.

What Youll Bring:

Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Minnesota Experience or proficiency with school-based occupational therapy practices Ability to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with IEP documentation and contributing to student goal setting Adaptability and organizational skills in a fast-paced school setting

What Youll Do:

Conduct assessments and deliver direct and consultative OT services to middle school students onsite Develop and implement evidence-based interventions addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities within the classroom Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and progress reports on student needs and achievements Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to adapt learning environments and promote student engagement Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all district and state guidelines Experience an inspiring position working face-to-face with students and staff, where your knowledge truly makes an impact on academic and personal growth.
