Key Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist License (required) Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to adapt to a changing caseload Commitment to supporting student independence and participation

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students, including assessment, planning, intervention, and documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth Develop and modify individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide support during maternity leave coverage and continue as a full-time therapist
