Key Qualifications:
Active MN Occupational Therapist License required Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred Flexible and adaptable, ready to support both maternity leave coverage and a full-time replacement need Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes Document interventions and monitor student progress Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of the school community
