This long-term opportunity is perfect for a licensed Occupational Therapist with a passion for pediatric care, open to traveling on-site to serve students near the Saint Paul, MN area.

Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy is required Active and current OT license Previous experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work on-site with flexibility for travel assignments

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students needs and develop individualized plans Deliver direct therapy services in alignment with IEP goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate therapy into the classroom setting Document progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust intervention strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for each students occupational therapy needs Provide training and support to staff to promote inclusive learning environments Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards
