Location:
St. Mary's Medical Center- Blue Springs, MO Join our outpatient rehabilitation team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence in their daily lives. In this role, you will work one-on-one with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, focusing on improving functional abilities, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living (ADLs). This is a great opportunity for both experienced OTs and new graduates who are passionate about patient-centered care and want to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient setting. https://www.primehealthcare.com/careers/benefits/ Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to): Deliver outpatient occupational therapy treatments focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and upper extremity function Provide therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training Educate patients on adaptive techniques and home exercise programs (HEP) Document care and monitor progress in EMR (Epic) Support orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation Ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and clinical guidelines Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers . You must have : Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license Current BLS (AHA) certificate Additional Qualifications That Are a
