vacation, sick, holiday Health Savings Account (HSA) Voluntary critical illness, accident & hospital indemnity 401(k) Employee Assistance Program Employee discount marketplace Professional growth and development support Role Summary The Occupational Therapist will: Evaluate patients' functional abilities and therapy needs Create and deliver individualized treatment plans Help patients improve motor skills, coordination, and daily function Support patients in regaining independence and quality of life Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough OT evaluations Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment Train patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive devices Educate on strategies to improve function and safety Collaborate with PT, SLP, physicians, and the full care team Document patient progress and treatment changes accurately Stay current with OT best practices and research Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
