Key Qualifications:

Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Occupational Therapist license for the state Registration with NBCOT Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

What Youll Do:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Assess students functional levels, develop goals, and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create supportive strategies and accommodations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning Educate school staff and families on best practices to support students success in both academic and social environments
