Administer standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions. Provide rehabilitative therapies, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device use. Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed. Document all clinical activities in electronic health records following regulations. Communicate closely with healthcare team members, patients, and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Assist with discharge planning and ensure the delivery of comprehensive care. Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, or students as assigned. Comply with allNBCOT / AOTA
standards, practice acts, and ethical guidelines.What You Need Required:
Missouri State Occupational Therapist license Proven experience in long-term care or related settings Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow regulatory and clinical guidelinesPreferred:
