About Us - Occupational Therapy -Freeman Siloam Springs Hospital Occupational therapists work with patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments Occupational therapists use their expertise and knowledge to help with both recovery and adaptation Patients receive occupational therapy in a number of settings including acute care, home healthcare, pediatrics and work performance rehabilitation What You'll Do Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers / documents care, and provided D/C planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff. Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, state / national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies /procedures. Requirements Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy License.
