In this engaging contract role, youll be serving three schools with a manageable caseload across Manor Hill, Alexander Doniphan, and Shoal Creek buildings. Key Requirements:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Prior experience in a school-based OT setting strongly preferred Comfort working with elementary-age children across diverse needs Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple sites and flexibly adapt to changing caseloads Aptitude for documentation, progress tracking, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students (approximately 8-10 students per day, Monday through Thursday) Fridays are reserved for evaluations, testing, planning, and comprehensive paperwork Assess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate optimal student progress Deliver interventions in compliance with IEPs and school policies Maintain timely, accurate progress notes and documentation for all students Travel between three school buildings as required within the district
