What You'll Do:

Evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders using standardized assessments Develop and implement individualized plans of care following all regulatory and clinical standards Administer rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Complete discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation

What You Need:

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Missouri Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based interventions About the
