Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy plans to promote independence, safety, and well-being Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support Provide instruction and guidance to residents, families, and other caregivers on therapeutic techniques and activities Maintain accurate records and reports of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes About the
