CoxHealth Job Description:

Provides in-home evaluation, direction and application of Occupational Therapy Services to retrain damaged nerve pathways and/or teach compensation utilizing remaining abilities. Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to 80 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off Up to $3,000 Relocation bonus

Job Description Education:

Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program; or Eligibility for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or Two (2) years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as an OT after December 31, 1977.)
