Qualifications & Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for Missouri schools Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred Ability to manage and serve a diverse K-12 caseload Skilled in communication, documentation, and collaboration with staff and families Strong organizational and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver therapy services directly to students in accordance with IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Document services, write evaluation reports, and contribute to team meetings Equip students with life skills and adaptive strategies for learning success This part-time opportunity, just 2.5 days per week, is ideal for therapists seeking meaningful work and professional engagement without the commitment of a full-time schedule.
