Occupational Therapist (OTR) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, self-esteem, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a variety of settings, including private and group therapy sessions
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress
• Participate in staffing meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Required Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapy (OTR) licensure in the State of Missouri. Experience in Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing, senior living or related setting preferred.
