Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting students' growth through Occupational Therapy services in a welcoming educational environment. This contract role is perfectly suited for a skilled OT interested in making a direct impact while maintaining schedule flexibility. Services are delivered primarily via teletherapy, allowing you to work remotely and efficiently reach your caseload, which consists of approximately 32-33 students receiving therapy once a week, with a few needing sessions twice weekly.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Valid OT license in the state Proven experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations Familiarity with teletherapy practices and digital assessment tools Skilled in developing and implementing IEP-based interventions Effective communication with students, families, and school teams Strong organizational skills for managing part-time caseloads
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments and deliver occupational therapy in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Develop and track individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, via teletherapy platforms Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes aligned with school guidelines Collaborate proactively with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for program planning Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $85-90 per hour, while benefiting from a flexible, part-time schedule that fits your lifestyle and offers valuable work-life balance.
