As a part-time occupational therapist in this role, you'll support a manageable caseload of approximately 32-33 students, primarily with service once weekly, and a few students twice a week. This flexibility allows you to maximize your impact during work hours while still enjoying your downtime to discover the culture, cuisine, and natural attractions that the area has to offer.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure valid in Mississippi Experience with school-based occupational therapy, including teletherapy skills Prior experience with pediatric caseloads in educational settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students via in-person and teletherapy methods Develop and implement IEP goals as part of the school team Document and report progress per school and district requirements Coordinate with teachers, families, and support staff
