Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, maximize independence, and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled occupational therapy services Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation staff Educate residents and families on therapy goals and adaptive techniques
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license Strong communication and clinical skills Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
