Job Description

Lori Kilpatrick Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice. We provide speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy services to children in a supportive, family-centered environment. We are looking for an OT who is compassionate, collaborative, and passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, sensory, fine motor, visual motor, self-help, and functional needs Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide skilled, play-based occupational therapy services Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers to support carryover at home Work closely with speech therapists, physical therapists, and other team members to provide coordinated care Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress notes, and plan of care updates in a timely manner Maintain a positive, professional relationship with patients, families, and staff Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Mississippi OT license or eligibility for licensure Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate, dependable, and family-focused Why Join Us Collaborative multidisciplinary team Family-centered pediatric private practice Supportive clinic environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families
