Job Description

Sycamore Therapy is a growing therapist owned pediatric private practice based in north MS. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the team on a full time, part time, or consistent PRN basis.
  • Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
  • Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies for daily activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercises ```Qualifications```
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state license and certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in pediatric is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with other therapy disciplines Full time employment has the option for CEU, PTO, Retirement contribution, and insurance benefits.
