Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience in hospital or healthcare-based occupational therapy Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety

Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and determine individualized treatment programs to improve functional skills and quality of life Implement occupational therapy interventions to aid patient recovery and rehabilitation Document patient progress, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and adjust plans based on evolving needs Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and home-based care Contribute to discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
